John Murray and Partners

John Murray heads a team of highly trained and experienced professionals in real estate, marketing, and mortgage consulting. It is this team approach that has earned him recognition within the company and the community and has gained the appreciation and the loyalty of his customers.

John brings to residential real estate and his clients years of experience in site design, and property management.  He graduated from Syracuse University in the field of Landscape Architecture and has been involved in commercial projects throughout the US, and locally has won the Mayor’s Award for design excellence, for William Penn Homes in Chester, PA. Additionally he was director of sales and marketing for a multinational electronics distribution company, and member of its board of directors, and has negotiated contracts around the world.

Kevin Casanova is based in the Blue Bell office covering Bucks and Montgomery counties. Kevin adds to the team his strong sales experience of twenty years, his attention to detail and genuine concern for his customers. He is a life long resident of the region he services and knows it inside and out.

Jo Ann Allen is based in the Media office and has been recognized as one of that office’s top producers. Before joining Prudential Fox and Roach, Jo Ann founded and launched a small independent internet toy retail business, currently partnered with Amazon.com.  She was selected by Main Line Today Magazine as one of forty successful people under the age of forty to watch, in the article

Felicia Phoenix works with John in the Devon office and is an experienced agent of more than fifteen years. Her passion for art and architecture coupled with a keen understanding of the real estate market makes her invaluable to the team as their “watchdog” for adaptive reuse projects and real estate investing both on the Main Line and in Center City.
